Yann Martel's novel Life of Pi tells the story of Piscine Molitor "Pi" Patel, an Indian boy who survives a shipwreck, finding himself alone on a lifeboat with a tiger. Stranded in the Pacific Ocean, the two struggle to survive while maintaining their distance from one another. Throughout the story, weighty topics such as spirituality and the nature of animals are explored in fascinating ways. With this content pack, students will be able to recreate the novel's key scenes.
